Thursday is my award Night! Move over CMA!

The USA Country Music Awards may have been Wednesday night, but they are nothing compared to My awards this Thursday night! I am so pleased that I could not even think of an acceptance speech! More of my blog friends have honored me with awards and it's so nice to read that they love to follow this blog. It sure is with my heart that I try to create meaningful posts. Here are my wonderful awards:

My friend Gil from across the "Great Pond" gave me this award. I love reading her posts from a United Kingdom perspective. Always interesting and thoughtful posts.

I am supposed to list 6 things that make me happy!

This "Kreativ-ly" applies to these blogs:

Gumbo Writer : Check out her writer's blog.

Heart and Seoul :They just adopted their 3rd child from S. Korea

In The Gutter : Check out her 30 posts in 30 days.

Tuesday Update: She is an "uprooted Sooner", ask her what that is.

So Much To Seay: She is a happy blogger and commenter.

So Much Shouting, So Much Laughter: Check out the shouting and the laughter!

This one came from Lindsay at "Our Lives - In a Nutshell" Lindsay is so fun. She is one of my favorite "Not Me Monday" participants. I do not post on that carnival but I love to go to her site on Monday and read what she posts. It's will get your week started! She also hosts a great Tasty Tuesday. Check out her blog for great easy to fix recipes.

Here are the rules: Name 5 things you Love. Pass the award on to 5 blogs you love. Link back to the giver's blog and tell how fabulous they are.

More lovin' for these blogs:

Bermudabluez: A Fellow Bichon Owner.

Life with 3 Boys & A Little Lady: This woman has a life of joy with her family!

On The Upside: A great writer, check out her San Antonio Blog.

Moments In Time: A true Blog Sister, has the same birthday. (Year and day!)

Gavin Hears a Who: An amazing mom who posts about her child with a cochlear implant.

Kacey at Chronicles of A Mommy blessed me with this award. She truly does share herself through her wonderful comments and posts. She is vivacious and energetic and it shows throughout her blog!

"This award invests and believes in "Proximity" [meaning that blogging makes us close through proxy]"

"These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interesting in prizes or self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers!"
This abundantly applies to these blogs:

Story Tellin' Mama: Guest writer for my Tuesday Tales
Fingerprints On My Window: Guest Writer for my Tuesday Tales
Verbal One: Good friend and great writer, lover of books!

Abundance is ..having so many awards you don't know what to do!

Super Scribbler Award

I just got this award from Ronda's Rants. I love her posts, she always makes me think. She also hosts the Bloggy Book Club. In October we read "The Shack". Stay tuned for the book for this month! I'm excited about this award too! Isn't that a great button! Here are the rules of the game.

1. Each Superior Scribbler must in turn pass The Award on to 5 most-deserving Bloggy Friends.
2. Each Superior Scribbler must link to the author & the name of the blog from whom he/she has received The Award.
3. Each Superior Scribbler must display The Award on his/her blog, and link to This Post, which explains The Award.
4. Each Blogger who wins The Superior Scribbler Award must visit This Post and add his/her name to the Mr. Linky List. That way, we'll be able to keep up-to-date on everyone who receives This Prestigious Honor!
5. Each Superior Scribbler must post these rules on his/her blog.
Five Super Scribbler Awards go to.... Drum roll please!

#1 Octamom: Most of you who read my blog are worshippers already of the great Octamom. If you have not read her blog you are missing out on a laugh a day. On Sunday's she write a Sunday Selah that will have you thinking...why do I even need to go to church I just go the sermon and all that right here on this blog. Also, she is an amazing writer..A Super Scribbler and you have to read her short story "The Yellow Umbrella". Click quickly and take the time to read this one!!
#2 Middle Age Ramblings: She is from Sydney, Australia and is currently taking a Philosophy class. I tell you this because it has moved her to be a Super Scribbler this month with some very insightful posts. You will want to read "Luggage Lunacy". She has a great playlist, you will want to pull up her site and keep it in the background during the day to get her music!!! Her photos of her travels around the world will also move you!
#3 Seven Clown Circus: Angie hosts Wordful Wednesday and as of this week there are over 100 participants. I am excited to give her this award because she does not have it!!!! She is the award queen! She has so many accolades on her blog that she had to put her awards on a slide show!!!
I am giving her this Super Scribbler for her wonder writing in "Writer's Workshop". She wrote a very poignant post about her "Season of Challenge" and a "letter to her mother". These are must reads!! I want to recognize her for all of the positive influence she has on mother's of young child and all of us!
#4 The Zen In You: Caroline is an amazing Super Scribbler! She is a writer, a photographer and an artist. She has many awards but has not received this one and it is my pleasure to give her this one!. Caroline is a spirit that will wash over you when you read her posts. She doesn't mind laying out her life lessons right on the page and she always comes back to a positive gratitude for this life we have been given. She posts beautiful poetry blogs and she recently started a new blog called "Zen Prayers". It is open to all faiths. She even posted a prayer for my husband on the day of his surgery.
#5 So I Was Just Thinking: McMGrad89 is another Super Scribbler. She is an educator and has a real talent for putting her "random" thoughts down in a good post. I like her recent post on "Feeling Random" and "A Thoughtful Post." This award seems to be made for a writer like her!! In addition to her own posts, her comments on the posts she reads are always thoughtful. She takes the time to think about the post and gives her insights. They are usually on target with mine!
There you have it. Some really Super Scribblers in my opinion. Even if you have these women on your blog roll I encourage you to check out some of these special posts. At least make a list for reading on a day that you need a life, want to be insightful, or want a great idea for a post.
Scroll down...there is another award posted there.
Abundance is reading a thoughful post from a really great writer.
